Spät 2006 spielte das Helios Streichquartett live in den Stuttgarter “Wagenhallen” late in 2006 to live performances of the 90-minute film STUTTGART NACHTS (Stuttgart by night), which was a very minimal film made by Fried Dähn and Jörg Koch in which, after a very snowy day in Stuttgart, someone drives around the city at 3 am filming out the window with a high-contrast black and white video camera – the individual pieces are between stops of the car at lights.
